Mobility For Beginners: Comfortable Crafting!

Some crafters, due to being sedentary for long periods of time, or other conditions, have trouble with performing even basic yoga positions. They can’t get into the pose(s) to reap the benefits, or they don’t feel safe in getting into them for fear of losing their balance, or fear of straining themselves too far.

There is one level of exercise that almost everyone can do - regardless of condition or age. It’s called Joint Mobility. And, it is literally about the range of motion of your joints. How well they move and developing (or keeping) their full range of motion.

Joint Mobility can be done sitting down, laying on the floor, or (preferably) standing. It only takes between 7 and 15 minutes a day to do - to get the full benefit to the joints.

Joint mobility movement drills bring nutrition, lubrication, and shock absorption to the active joints for optimal efficiency, rapid recovery, and pain and injury prevention.

Floor Yoga for the Lower Body

Floor Yoga for the Lower Body is a 30-45min class that you can follow along with as Chuck teaches you movements to help you open up and stretch your lower back, hips, and hamstrings. Giving you greater flexibility, easing discomfort, and reducing tension! These movements are done from the floor (or on your bed), so almost anyone can do the poses in the class.
If you have any issues with the movements during the class, just let us know and Chuck can provide modifications in real time.
When you sign up for the class, you will have access to it for as long as Facebook is around. You can watch this class as many times as you want, following along as we teach you this yoga flow. You will also have access to us to answer your questions - during, or after the event.

Flow Yoga for Fat Loss!

MfM Flow Yoga for Weight Loss is a 15-20min class that shows you a yoga flow to help you lose weight and body fat. During the class, there will be two versions taught. One for those with average, or above average strength and flexibility, and another version shown using chairs as props for those with movement issues.
